Sometimes, a new possibility simply starts with a question.
Several of our clients came to us with increasingly specific requests for seating cushions. Not large quantities of standard cushions, but smaller series with special sizes, shapes and curves. It got us thinking. We already make cushions, and these kinds of requests fit well with the way our atelier works. So why not take it one step further?
The main challenge was on the inside: the foam. We needed to learn more about this material and how to work with it to make sure we could deliver the complete seating cushion.
These are exactly the kinds of challenges we like to take on. By learning more about the material and the process, we can now produce these seating cushions as well.
This allows us to meet a growing demand from the market, build on what we already know and continue to expand what we can create with soft furnishings.
